Are you a college leaver hoping to start a career in Accountancy or someone who wants to re-train in Accountancy? Do you already have practical accounting experience but no formal qualifications? Then this course may be suitable for you. The AAT Certificate (Level 2) is a professional course for students who wish to obtain an accounting qualification. You will complete six modules covering Bookkeeping Transactions, Bookkeeping Controls, Elements of Costing, Using Accounting Software, Work Effectively in Finance and the Foundation Synoptic Assessment.

An Assessment Schedule for the complete year will be issued to you at the start of each academic year.
Each module will be assessed by a computer based exam set by the AAT on the SecureAssess platform. Results will be published by the AAT and can be accessed via the online MyAAT account.Feedback
The AAT will provide feedback on all module assessments. Feedback is intended to help you learn and you are encouraged to discuss it with your module tutor.
